Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ListItLeads.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Service. ListItLeads.com is operated by American Cloud, Inc.

1. What we collect when you buy or take the trial

• Your details: name, company, email address, telephone number, and the billing address you enter at checkout.
• Your order: what you bought, the ZIP code you chose, and the Leads delivered to you.
• Payment: handled by our payment processor. We receive only the card brand, the last four digits and the transaction reference. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.

2. What we collect when you browse

We record how the site is used so we can see where people get stuck. For each visit we store the pages viewed, a few actions taken on them (for example whether a button was clicked), the IP address, the browser's user-agent string, and the page that referred you.

These records are tied to a random visit identifier lasting 30 minutes, so several pages can be recognised as one visit. It is not linked to your name and does not identify you personally.

We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party advertising or tracking service on this site. No advertising network receives your browsing here.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, all set by us. They remember that you arrived through a free-trial link so the sign-up form appears, record that a trial has already been claimed so it is not offered twice, group the pages of a single visit together for the analytics described above, and keep the checkout secure.

None of them are advertising cookies, and none are shared with an advertising network. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; the site will still work, though the free-trial form may not behave as intended.

3. Why we use it

• To take payment and deliver what you ordered.
• To provide support and handle guarantee claims.
• To send you messages about your order — invoices, delivery, refunds.
• To send you marketing about our products, where you have agreed to it.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To detect abuse — for example, repeated free-trial claims.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We share it only with the service providers who make the service work — our payment processor, the services that send our email and text messages, a service that checks an email address is deliverable before we send to it, and our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf. Each of them receives only what they need to do that job, and none of them may use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, which is normally seven years. Analytics records are kept for up to 24 months. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your choices

• Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
• Access, correction or deletion: email us and we will deal with it.

Messages about an order you placed are not marketing and continue while we are performing that order.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — including, for California residents, the right to know what we have collected, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. Contact us and we will honour them.

7. If you are a property owner in one of our leads

We compile information about residential properties and their owners, and supply it to real-estate professionals. If your property has appeared in one of our leads, this section is for you.

Where the information comes from

Property and ownership records are public information, collected from county and public records and from licensed data suppliers. Telephone numbers and email addresses come from those same suppliers. We do not obtain it from you, and we do not track you across the internet.

What we do with it

We supply it to real-estate agents who may contact you about selling your property. Any call or text you receive comes from that agent, not from us — we do not call or text property owners.

What you can ask us to do

Email us and we will remove your details from our database and stop supplying them. We will confirm when it is done. Please include the property address so we can find the right record.

We cannot recall information already supplied to an agent before your request, and we cannot stop an agent contacting you from their own records — but you can ask them directly to stop, and they are required to honour it.

Before supplying a telephone number we check it against the federal Do Not Call Registry.

8. Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to our systems is restricted. Card numbers never reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This service is for real-estate professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Where a change is material we will say so here, and where we hold your email address we will tell you.
